Kitchen hours

When can you eat? Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 3:00 am. The kitchen stays awake late, so you can come early for dinner or roll in hungry at 2 am after dancing on Calle Uruguay.

The signature dishes

The must-tries: the Q'Paso Ayer Chicharrón (300 g of crispy pork rib with plantain), the grilled skirt steak with chimichurri, the Tortillas with beef, chicken or chicharrón, and the Buffalo Wings. In a group? The Wings Platter — 30 wings in three sauces — is made for the table.

What to order at Q'Paso Ayer

The order that never fails: Q'Paso Ayer Chicharrón with plantain, some Buffalo Wings, an Angus burger and shrimp ceviche to freshen things up. All to share, with beers from $2.16 and drinks for the table. Come hungry.

Grill and mains

When you're really hungry: imported grilled skirt steak, grilled salmon, grilled chicken and a mixed-meat platter. Proper portions to set the night before you keep going.

The area: Calle Uruguay, Bella Vista

Calle Uruguay is in Bella Vista, minutes from the Banking Area and from Panama City's main hotels and hostels. It's the easiest zone for a night out with no long transfers — everything is walkable and Uber/taxi are right there.
